Beauty Club Terms and Conditions - Please Read Carefully

Earning and Spending Beauty Club Rose Reward Points

1. Rose Reward Points can only be earned on orders of £15 or more (after any special discounts, postage and redeemable try before you buy purchases)

2. For every £1 you spend you will earn 1 Rose Reward Point (50p and above is rounded up to the nearest pound, 49p and under is rounded down)

3. To earn your Rose Reward Points, you must enter the word Beauty Club into the coupon code field when you checkout. We will then add your reward points to your Beauty Club account and this will be confirmed on your dispatch e-mail.

4. In the case of refunds and returns any rose points originally earned will be updated and amended accordingly.

5. Rose Reward Points can be redeemed as money off vouchers or against any product on our website.

6. The rose points redemption value against money off vouchers is 100 rose points = £5 voucher.

7. Money off vouchers can only be redeemed in blocks of 100 reward points. There is no minimum amount, if you wish to use the points against product/s, however products cannot be paid in part by points, so for example a product costing £9.50 would require a points redemption of 200.

8. To receive your money off voucher you must redeem your rose points by submitting the Beauty Club claim form. Within the next working day will then send you a unique e-voucher which can be used off your next order.

9. When you redeem your rose points you are accepting you are happy with your previous orders and we will only accept a return if the products are damaged or faulty.

10. If you wish to redeem your rose points against products, simply enter the product you require into the Beauty Club claim form. If you are placing an order at the same time, we will send your item with that order, otherwise there is a postage charge of £1.50 for all UK addresses or £4.95 for overseas addresses. How to join the Beauty Club

1. To join the Lucy Rose Beauty Club, all you need to do is add to your basket the Join Beauty Club icon when you place your first/next order.

2. We will then send you your welcome letter/e-mail with your unique membership number.
