This rubber smudger will soften up hard eyeliner lines. Simply buff over the applied line to soften the edges and create a smoky, sexy look. 

Hints & Tips:
Keep your brushes clean and hygienic to avoid breakouts. Use a mild shampoo and water and rinse well. Blot dry and lie flat to dry naturally. Do not stand brushes up to dry or the water will weaken the glue and may loosen the fibres.
