This moisturising cream is excellent for very dry skin. I have suffered with chronic hand eczema for nearly 15 years and have been unable to find a moisturiser which doesn't irritate, until I found the Therapeutics range. I have been using it for a week now and my hands are looking and feeling great and I don't itch! I would certainly recommend Lucy Rose and this range for people with eczema.
