Directions:
Use daily as required. Massage your cuticles and nail area with a single drop of oil at bedtime. The massage you do will nourish the nail from the inside by stimulating blood flow, the mixture of essential oils will nourish the skin and nail and stop you loosing so much moisture from the inside out. This allows the nail to maintain its own flexibility.
