I knew I liked this product when I started disobeying the ‘use twice a week’ instructions on the box and sneaking in extra scrub sessions! The scrub comes in a good-sized white tub. The exfoliating agent is raw cane sugar, which scrubs beautifully, Shea butter and coconut, jojoba, rosehip, pomegranate, cranberry and avocado oils provide an intense moisturising effect - no need for body lotion afterwards. I'd neglected my knees and elbows for months and this scrub left them soft and smooth. I kept fondling my newly revealed A-List elbows for days afterwards. This is an excellent scrub, which delivers great results.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Massage over clean, damp skin using gentle pressure and small, circular motions taking a bit more time over dry, rough areas such as elbows, knees and heels. Rinse with warm water and pat skin dry with a towel. Follow with Sheer Pamper Organic Body Oil and/or Hydrating Organic Body Lotion to prolong the silky-soft feel. For very dry skin follow with Sensuous Organic Body Butter. Use twice a week. Not recommended for use on the face.
