How To Use:
Adults and children 2 years of age and older: Brush teeth thoroughly, preferably after each meal, or at least twice a day, or as directed by a dentist or physician. Instruct children under 6 years of age in good brushing and rinsing habits (to minimising swallowing). Supervise children as necessary until capable of using without supervision. Children Under 6: Use a pea sized amount. Children Under 2: Consult a dentist or physician.

The product is quite good in a really big tube which means it lasts for long. However, not that refreshing so personally I tend to use it during the day or at night but in the morning that a fresh boost is needed it isn't that helpful. I read in some reviews of natural toothpastes that they taste bad or weird and you need time to get used to their taste but I wouldn't say it's that bad. The taste is quite different as it isn't minty and fresh but I wouldn't say it's bad. I guess I could compare it to a kids paste with a sweet mild tasty with no burning. It is suitable for people that suffer of mouth ulcers due to SLS sensitivity but I would recommend Yotuel toothpaste which is also fresh, minty and rich in xylitol.
