How To Use:
Adults and children 2 years of age and older: Brush teeth thoroughly, preferably after each meal, or at least twice a day, or as directed by a dentist or physician. Great toothpaste, really minty and good texture. It's hard to find a toothpaste that has fluoride in but without the other nasties you find in regular toothpaste and this is it. I won't use anything else now.
