I had not heard of Mohdoh until recently and I am glad to have discovered the idea of integrating different therapies. Mohdoh is extraordinarily tangible and fun to squeeze and mould and I was amazed that colour therapy and aromatherapy can combine to produce a really effective treatment. I loved the gentle aroma of Sleep's essential oils which are very soothing after a long day. The violet colour is intense and I am certain it contributed to my sense of calm and encouraged a very good night's sleep. My children are as fascinated as I am by Mohdoh. I notice that it can be used for over 3's too so I may try it out on them soon!
