Application:  When applying with a cosmetic brush, never stroke the brush up the face. This draws attention to the tiny facial hairs, and makes the skin look grey. However, applying downwards gives a silky lustre. Apply evenly to the skin or on top of the base with a powder puff or large cosmetic brush.
