Massage ball itself is easy to use and grips nicely, will probably invest in one of the smaller ones in future. There is a hole in the top where you can fill it with massage oil. My only issue is that it is quite hard to clean after its been filled with the oil. The oil smells pleasant enough. Did expect it to be a little bigger in size but it seems to be lasting well. Because I use the oil to fill the ball (not on it's own) I have a small problem when pouring it. It always misses the hole! It could do with a different type of lid for pouring. Other than that I am very pleased with my purchase and recommend it to anyone who fancies trying out massaging.
