NVEY ECO Certified Organic Lip Plumper, plumps, hydrates, and moisturises, temporarily enhancing the natural colour and shape of the lips using a tingly blend of invigorating ingredients including Capsicum, Cinnamon Bark Extract and Menthol.

Recommended Usage/ Application: Apply 1 - 2 applications of NVEY ECO Lip Plumper is ample. Apply onto lips using the wand applicator.
