Which countries do you deliver to?

At present we only ship to UK addresses as standard.

If you are from the rest of the EU we can deliver to you on request. Please e-mail your order and shipping country to info@lucyrose.biz. We will then let you know the postage charge, so you can decide wether you would like to continue with the order.

Please note we cannot be held responsible for any import taxes or duties levied by authorities in the destination country. If you have any queries as regards duty on imports we suggest you contact your local customs office.

We do not deliver to any rest of the world addresses.

What are your postage charges?

Postage is free to all UK addresses regardless of the value or weight of your order.

Postage to the rest of the EU is charged by weight and only by request.

How quickly can I expect to receive my order?

All UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class post and the same day if received before 2pm (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays)

EU orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Airmail and should take no longer than 3-5 days to arrive.
