Which countries do you deliver to?

We ship to all UK and EU addresses.

Please note we cannot be held responsible for any import taxes or duties levied by authorities in the destination country. If you have any queries as regards duty on imports we suggest you contact your local customs office.

We do not deliver to any rest of the world addresses.

What are your postage charges?

UK - Postage is free to all UK addresses regardless of the value or weight of your order. Orders over £15 are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Post. Orders under £15 are sent 2nd Class Post.

You can also add the secure tracked & signed for option for peace of mind for an additional £2.95

EU - Postage to the rest of the EU is charged as follows - SPECIAL OFFER UNTIL 31/1/12:

£4.95 for all orders under £100 and are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Airmail.

You can add the secure signed for option for an additional £4.25.

Free Shipping for all orders over £100 and are sent via Royal Mail Signed For Airmail.

Please Note: If your order exceeds 2kg in weight (most parcels are less than this) then we will need to contact you with an additional postage quote as your order would need to be sent in more than one parcel as 2kg is the maximum weight that can be sent via Airmail.

Do you offer Special Delivery?

We do offer special delivery, orders are charged by weight, please call 01989 750354 if you require this service.

How quickly can I expect to receive my order?

We endeavour to dispatch all UK orders the same day if received before 1pm and if the items are in stock (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays). Royal Mail 1st Class normally takes 1-2 days and 2nd Class normally takes 2-3 days. However you should allow up to 15 days for a parcel to arrive.

EU orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Airmail and should take appx 5-7 days to arrive.
