How to use:Before applying natural powder eyeshadow, first use terre d'Oc Mineral Powder Foundation, then apply a little face powder over your eyelids to enable the eyeshadow to adhere to your skin. Dip a brush or your finger tip into the powder eyeshadow, tap the brush over the eyeshadow jar, to avoid a build up of powder eyeshadow on the brush then apply the powder eyeshadow over your eyelid.
