Just a quick note to say how excellent your website is.  I have been more than pleased with all the products I have purchased and the option to order samples to try before you buy is a great option. 

I have spent a fortune on creams and lotions trying to find something that did not irritate me, so being able to try before I purchased from you was very beneficial for me.  After suffering for 15 years from chronic hand eczema I was at the end of my tether trying to find a moisturiser. 

The Essentially Yours Therapeutics range is absolutely amazing, I have used the moisturising cream, body lotion and body wash for about a week now and the improvement to my skin is tremendous, I've experienced hardly any itching!  Even my dermatologist was unable to prescrible creams and body wash that don't irritate (obviously due to them being full of chemicals).

Your customer service is first class  and whenever I needed help or advice both of you responded very quickly, the added bonus is that you do not charge postage which is normally hard to find online.  I am just so glad that I found Lucy Rose and hope to be a regular customer for the foreseeable future.

I've just discovered both the Dr. Bronner's range and your website, and I love both!  
I particularly like your website, because you have information on which products are vegetarian (so I don't have to trawl through ingredient lists and try and work it out!), the free postage is a real bonus and a definite incentive to order from you- especially as the cost isn't passed onto price of the products. I also prefer to pay via pay pal, and delivery was super- fast!
The Dr. Bronner's hair care products are amazing and very difficult to find...... please, please don't stop stocking them because I'd be stuck!

Just had to say how wonderful the products I bought from you are.  The delivery was so fast too!
 
I have to say that I've had a problem with red and dry skin on my upper arms for years, no amount of E45 and the like can sort it.  Since changing to your Shampoo and Conditioner (only two days ago!) the redness has all but dissappeared.  I can only put it down to the harsh chemicals in the other products that were irritating my skin.  My hair is glossy and gorgeous and I'm telling all my friends about Lucy Rose.
