Skin Food is a deep-penetrating replenishing skin repair cream for dry patches of skin and for added winter protection.
Delicately fragranced with refreshing essential oils including sweet orange and lavandulae and can be used as a protective cream in harsh weather and is excellent for anyone regularly out of doors.
How To Use:
A little goes a long way, so apply sparingly. This very rich natural cream is best applied to the face by gently patting on, so as to avoid dragging the skin.
Elsewhere on the body, gently smooth into the skin until the cream is absorbed. To deeply nourish hard working, dry hands: apply liberally, cover with gloves and leave overnight.

This is the third tube I've bought. At first I just used it for dry patches but then I realised it makes a fantastic night cream. A bit thick at first but you get used to it and I think that the thickness is one of the things that contributes to its efficacy. Smells lovely, of lavender. Didn't think to much about it when I first purchases a tube but now it's a must have. Just bought a big tube to take on holiday because I couldn't be without it. Softens dry skin, soothes eczema and evens the complexion.
